Halloween is this week. I have a plethora of costumes, and really, we're more than ready. Well, except for that whole candy thing. Because I just don't want to pass out candy.
HOWEVER
I'm more than willing to send my kids to YOUR house to take YOUR candy.
Is it really so wrong?
(Also, I'm surrounded by a pumpkin, a pirate, and a princess. I love October.)

If it makes you feel better, I totally dig through my kids' loot and hand it out to visiting ghosts and goblins.
You can't be at home to pass out candy when you're out trick or treating with your kids!! It's not wrong. You just can't be in two places at once!! :)
It is one of those "all things in their season" situations. When your kids are older, you'll make up for it. No worries.
Nah. Just go out with your kids and don't feel guilty about it. I'm passing out candy for you -k? (I have no kids, so it makes it all even. Plus I've handed out candy at least for the last 2 years so... you know. It evens out.)
Hey, someone has to be the geeky parent handing out toothbrushes instead o'candy. =P
